Q. Isn't this site just an attack on people of faith?
A. No. It is a plea to people who believe in fiction based religions to think about reality and to choose reality.
Q. So - what is a fiction based religion then?
A. Every religion other than your religion is an example of fiction based religion. It is religions that believes in things that aren't real.
Q. But what about my religion? Are you attacking it to?
A. I'm not attacking your religion. We are pro reality, not anti-religion. If what you believe in is real then being for reality shouldn't be a problem. If it's not real then why would you believe it. All we do is raise awareness about reality.
Q. If I have a pro religious site can I use your "Choose Reality" logos?
A. Absolutely you can! We welcome the religious world to embrace reality. And if you link to us, we'll link to you. We'll get some of your pro religion traffic, and you'll get some of our Atheist traffic.
Q. What religion are you? Are you an Atheist?
A. I am a realist. I founded the Church of Reality. A religion based on believing in everything that's real. Yes - I am an Atheist.
Q. So - you know what's real and I don't?
A. Nope - this isn't about defining reality. It's just about getting people to talk about reality and to make reality important in people's lives. I think that most everyone can agree that most everyone else as turned their back on reality and that the world would be better off if more people came back to reality. The message of this site, Choose Reality, is about what's real, what ever reality turns out to be.

A. I am for reality. I'm not liberal or conservative, left or right. I am for what's real.
Q. I have a right wing conservative web site. Can I use your logo?
A. Yes! The right wing can use some more reality. And if you link to use we'll link back to you.
Q. I have a left wing liberal web site. Can I use your logo?
A. Yes! The left wing can use some more reality. And if you link to use we'll link back to you.

Q. I have a porn site or a multi level marketing site. Can we use the logo? Will you link to us?
A. Yes - you can use the logo, but we won't link to you. This is a G rated site and we link to sites focusing on free speech.
Q. Does this site endorse anything else other than just "Choose Reality"?
A. Yes, but not much. We are trying to keep the message as narrowly focused as possible so that it is mostly just about the phrase "Choose Reality" and nothing more. We had to add a little extra just so that people had an idea why it's important.
However, we also support online freedom and endorse the good folks down at the Electronic Frontier Foundation for protecting all our online freedoms. We look at the Internet as the ultimate tool for spreading reality because it help end isolationism and with search engines like Google you can type in any controversial subject and research it and explore it. The more people explore the more people will find reality. So we stand for free speech and online freedom.
Q. What about Copyright and Trademark Issues?
A. I Marc Perkel, author of this web site release all material on it including the graphics to the public domain. We do claim the phrase "Choose Reality" as our trademark but you are free to use it for any reason except attempting to impersonate us.
